This immersive 7-days course empowers educators to enhance their own wellbeing and create positive learning environments. It is all about helping teachers feel better and build stronger classrooms. We will explore mindfulness, try out nature activities, and practice communication skills that actually bring tangible results. Participants will get clearer about what they want, find their creative side, and learn how to bounce back from challenges. Each day includes interactive talks, reflections, outdoor walks, and hands-on exercises, with support for their wellbeing every step of the way.
Description
This course explores essential wellbeing practices, combining indoor and outdoor activities, to promote educator self-care and create a positive classroom atmosphere. Through practical communication skills, coaching strategies, and mindful techniques, participants will develop the ability to manage stress, increase focus, and cultivate resilience both personally and professionally.
The course covers key areas such as emotional intelligence, assertive communication, growth mindsets, and the use of nature to enhance creativity and wellbeing. It equips educators with skills, techniques and a renewed approach to their professional role. The course offers a unique blend of theory, outdoor experiences, demonstrations, peer work, and reflective practice.
