Afterwards you can share your insights with the group members and reflect on your own experience.
This way you can increase your awareness in relation to the following themes:
- Constructive feedback, objective observation
- Recognition and management of emotional states and mood
- Recognition of our real needs and use of new, feasible strategies for better communication, improved relationships and strategies to identify our real needs
- Vision, tools and phrases to facilitate communication and connection
- Increased awareness of body movement
Description
- To provide group members with a rich community experience, with room for individual development.
- To try out playful exercises that inspire them to work with children and clients as they experience first-hand the impact this can have on their pedagogical and other support work.
- How to recognise and advocate for their boundaries so that this serves to build trust, not to block it, and build cooperation.
- Experience and acquire tools on how to inspire and motivate without intimidation and pressure.
- How to generate enthusiasm and natural curiosity in ourselves and in others (our students and clients).

The training supports the participants to discover
- the ‘movement’, connection and interrelationship between body and mind through movement
- the physical and mental (conscious) components of movement and also to become able to reflect on these.
Learning outcomes:
Participants in the training will:
- Build their confidence, trust in themselves and their ‘partner’ ( ‘partner’= partner in the exercise and in the long run ‘partner in life’)
- Recharge from encounters with themselves and the community
- Acquire tools to regenerate and motivate their students and clients
Target groups:
The one-week course is aimed at teachers, social workers and support professionals.
