This course empowers VET teachers and coordinators to strengthen cooperation between schools and companies. It introduces practical models of dual education, partnership agreements, and strategies for aligning curricula with labour market needs.
Description:
Successful dual education relies on strong collaboration between schools and industry partners. This training provides educators with tools to design and maintain partnerships that benefit both students and employers. Participants will explore models of apprenticeship, co-created curricula, and quality assurance practices that ensure students gain real-world competences while meeting company expectations.
Aims and objectives:
- Build sustainable cooperation between VET schools and enterprises
- Explore partnership models for dual education and apprenticeships
- Align vocational curricula with current labour market demands
- Strengthen communication and coordination between teachers, mentors, and industry representatives
