Participants teaching in vocational education will learn how to support young people in developing 21st-century skills – such as critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration. Description

This course is specifically designed for teachers in vocational education, giving them a deeper understanding and practical methods for teaching an entrepreneurial mindset. Its aim is to enable educators to effectively encourage students to discover their creative, innovative, and entrepreneurial potential and to confidently put their own ideas into practice.

During the training, participants will acquire techniques for teaching 21st-century skills, including methods to develop critical thinking, collaboration, problem-solving, and independent decision-making. The course not only prepares students to successfully adapt to the rapidly changing demands of the labour market but also helps them build an independent, proactive, and creative mindset.
