Beatrix works as a teacher and a teacher trainer at the Language Pedagogy Department at the School of English and American Studies, ELTE University, Budapest, where she teaches Methodology and other teaching-related courses. She has extensive experience in teaching both children and adult learners. As a teacher trainer, she gives talks, workshops and courses in Hungary and other countries either on Young Learner methodology, using art in ELT, extensive reading or teacher development. Her interests include professional development, holistic education, using art in foreign language teaching and professional learning organisations. Her PhD is on EFL teachers’ continuing professional development supported by teachers’ associations.
