Ágnes Fabók graduated with a degree in English and Art History, then she obtained a diploma as a mentor teacher and a qualification as a relaxation practitioner. In 2022, she graduated as a mental health specialist from Semmelweis University. She is currently studying psychodrama and organisational development.

She has over thirty years’ experience as a language teacher, teacher trainer and mentor, and also many years of experience as a materials writer and examiner. 

As a mental health professional, her main area of interest is employee wellbeing including areas such as burnout prevention, stress management and self-care. Apart from individual counselling, she runs workshops and relaxation courses. 

She teaches part-time at the Institute of Mental Health at Semmelweis University.
